14th of July, 2022 - torck capital management AG receives FINMA authorization
Great news! We are pleased to announce that torck capital management AG has received authorization from the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA as a portfolio manager under Art 17, 1 of the Financial Institution Act (FinIA). We are proud of this achievement and looking forward to starting this exciting new chapter in our company history with our clients and partners.
After having set forth the appropriate operating structure according to FinIA, torck capital management AG has also put in place the organizational controls to meet the licensing requirements of the Financial Services Act (FinSA) such as adherence to the code of conduct, managing of business risks, conflicts-of-interest mitigation and disclosure and information duties on an ongoing basis.
